Where Can I Serve?

Pastoral Care Ministry – Consists of visiting the sick, hospitalized or needy. We also contact people who have been “Missing in Action.” This ministry has a group of “Missionaries” that visits nursing homes on a regular basis.

Gate Keepers – Consists of Ushers, Greeters, and Parking Lot Attendants. Our goal is to make people feel welcome and comfortable here at Family Christian Center. We also assist with keeping order during service times, along with certain pre-service and after service duties.

Altar Ministry – Consists of trained altar workers who’s main duties are to minister salvation and other spiritual needs. We also contact by phone and visit those who receives salvation or rededicate their lives to Christ.

Media Ministry – Is an important area of ministry. The Media Ministry is responsible for informing the church about upcoming events such as, keeping the announcements updated weekly. This ministry also shows the songs selected for services, and most importantly this ministry is solely responsible for displaying important highlights regarding the chosen sermon.

Youth Ministry – Consists of all Youth ages 13 – 18. We meet on Wednesday Evenings at 7:00 PM.

Children’s Ministry – Consists of all of our precious little ones – ages birth through 12. There is something for every child during each service at Family Christian Center.

Sound Ministry – Consists of making sure that the sound in the sanctuary is working properly along with the recording of service.

Music Ministry – We have a mighty music ministry here at Family Christian Center. Consists of all musicians, praise singers, and choir.

FCC Bookstore – Our goal is to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the selling of Family Christian Center’s sermon cassette tapes, CD’s Christian books and periodic guest minister products. The bookstore is open before and after each church service.

Missionaries – Our Missionaries make regular visits to Nursing Homes.

Singles Ministry – Our goal is to provide singles with Christian fellowship. We do things like movie nights, go to Christian concerts, and have a book club.
